NGM Ice Box Kit This is our Bad Boy of intercooling designed to provide efficient intake charge cooling for the turbo and Vortec supercharged enthusiasts for up to 700 HP. We have designed a fully fabricated upper intake manifold containing an extremely efficient core to cool the hot intake temps produced by turbo and extreme supercharged applications. The manifold includes fully CNC machined flanges made from 6061 T-6 billet alluminum, 1.75" mandrel bent intake runners combined with a velocity induced plenum all completely TIG welded for that Extreme Hardcore Race Look. The front mount heat exchanger resevoir assembly includes a custom alluminum resevoir merged to a dual row heat exchanger and 10" fan assembly for max cooling of the spent cooling media. Once the cooling media is cooled and returned to the resevoir, it is then pumped back through the Ice Box Manifold to cool the intake charge once again. This is continuos cycle that is handled by a high quality Bosch fluid transfer pump. All hoses and stainless hardware are included in the kit and the manifold is powdercoated the customers choice of colors.
