This is our Stage IV full CNC lower intake manifold. We have taken the stock intake manifold and have come up with a runner design that has drastically increased the volume and flow of each runner, in turn, increasing the overall flow the engine will see. We have done this by extensively porting the factory intake manifold and then digitizing the port design by laser technology. Once the port is digitized, it is programed into a computer aided 5 axis machine. The manifold is put into a jig and the 5 axis machine fully ports each runner perfectly each time so the port is consistant with one another. We have also found that CNCing each intake increases flow by the peaks formed by the way the machine cuts the port. This manifold mated with our Stage IV intake or any of our supercharger kits will increase the overall performance. Each manifold is powder coated your choice of color.
